Sweet n’ Fry Vegetables with Pasta

I just invented a new recipe, after buying a bunch of fruits and vegetables, and I can assure you, that it was amazing. 

Sweet n’ Fry Vegetables with Pasta

Serves 5 Beatles fans

Ingredients:
-A full red pepper
-A few pieces of broccoli
-Two carrots
-A full green apple
-A full zucchini
-7 cherry tomatoes
-A teaspoon of cinnamon
-A pinch of salt
-A pinch of pepper
-A pinch of sugar
-A pinch of parsley
-A tablespoon of soy sauce
-Sunflower oil
-Store-bought tomato & basil sauce
-Pasta

Vegetables:
Chop all the vegetables except for the cherry tomatoes into small pieces. Slice the green apple and add the fruit to the vegetable mix.
Heat the frying pan with the sunflower oil. Pour all vegetables including the cherry tomatoes and sliced green apple in the pan. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and stir.
Add a pinch of sugar to the mix.

Sauce:
Add the store-bought tomato & basil sauce. Stir vegetables and add a tablespoon of soy sauce.
Add a pinch of parsley and a teaspoon of cinnamon.
Stir the mix until vegetables are cooked and sauce is almost boiling.

Pasta:
Take the vegetable mix off the fire and boil the water for the pasta.
Follow the instructions on the packet.

Serve pasta with Sweet n’ Fry Vegetables.
